What is this store for?
This store helps you explore Sendoso-branded products and submit requests for items you'd like to include in your Sendoso account. Your order helps us understand what products and variants you're interested in.

Do I need to pay for anything?
No. You will receive a 100% discount code from your Sendoso contact. Use it at checkout to submit your request at no cost.

What happens after I place an order?
We’ll create branded mockups based on the products you selected. You’ll receive them for review and approval. Only after approval will the products be created in the Sendoso platform.

Can I make changes after submitting my request?
Yes! You can request edits to the designs during the mockup stage.
If you’d like to add additional products after submitting your request, simply reach out to your Sendoso contact to receive a new 100% discount code and place a new request.

Will I receive the items I added to my cart?
Not immediately. Your order serves as a request only. Once your mockups are approved and the products are added to the Sendoso system, you will be notified. You’ll then be able to place official orders directly through your Sendoso platform.

How long does it take to receive mockups after submitting my order?
Mockups are typically delivered within 5-7 business days* after your order is submitted. Timing may vary based on volume and custom requests.

When will I receive the actual products?
Once you approve your mockups, the products are created in the Sendoso system. Delivery timing depends on the fulfillment process through Sendoso, but this typically takes 1-2 weeks* after approval. You'll be notified when items are ready or shipped.

Can I track my order?
Since this is a mockup and internal fulfillment process, you won't receive a typical tracking link at checkout. You’ll be updated via email once mockups are ready and when the final products are being processed.

What if I need my items urgently?
If you’re working on a tight deadline, please include the required date in the Order Notes section during checkout or contact. We’ll do our best to prioritize your request.
